All coaching sessions, whether 1:1 or group, are designed to support personal development and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical or psychological services.

2. Payments & Refunds

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Self-study programs and coaching packages are non-refundable due to the digital and personalized nature of the content.

• Payment plans (if offered) must be completed as agreed. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Program Access

• You’ll receive lifetime access to self-study videos and workbooks.

• Live group and 1:1 coaching access is time-limited as outlined in your purchase details.

• Login credentials must not be shared. Misuse may result in account suspension.

4. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions are held in confidence. Group participants are expected to respect the privacy of others. We reserve the right to remove individuals who violate this policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and in the programs—including videos, workbooks, and coaching materials—is the property of Meri B Coaching and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Meri B Coaching is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the content or services. You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
